Part №28. Let's stir a brain crinkle?!

Happy time of the day, dear marathon-racers! Today we publish the tasks of the final 4th tour of the Fourth Chess Marathon.
The "Nutlets" №13 and №14 are prepared by the international master from Poltava Vladimir Pogorelov. The tasks №15 and №16 – by the heading leader of our chess marathon.

The task №13

#2

Dear solvers, let us "do some shooting" in the unusual shooting-gallery. It is necessary to bring down from the position-target №13 some White Pawns (no more than five!). After such an exploit move the Black King on such a field (don’t occupy the edge of the board!) to turn out a mate in two moves.

There is one position-target more! To put a mate in three moves, it is necessary to bring down two White figures (it can appear to be a Pawn among these figures but only one!) Do not miss the target, dear marathon-racers!

And now let's do some shooting on Black figures! Beat out one of Black figures from the board and find rescue.

The task №16. Chess question

In a due time he was the champion of Ukraine on chess. Later on this man won the World championship among the veterans. … What hunter for chess trophies there is a speech about?
